The Broadway In Boise Commitment

The Value of Your Ticket Is Safe

In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund.

If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance or a credit for a future performance.

Please note: refunds are only available for tickets purchased through Broadway in Boise, Ticketmaster and MorrisonCenter.com. Some restrictions apply. The above policies apply to tickets sold by Broadway in Boise for presentations at Morrison Center.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and and MorrisonCenter.com/broadway.

HEALTH PROTOCOLS: COVID-19 health and safety protocols may be in effect for these performances; you will be notified of any protocols in advance of your performance. All ticket holders are required to comply.

WAITLIST: Joining the waitlist for notification about 2024/2025 season tickets going on sale does not guarantee access to purchase a season subscription package.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: All subscribers will be automatically renewed each year using the same credit card and same payment schedule (single payment vs. payment plan) chosen for the previous season. More information to follow via email prior to the 2024/2025 season announcement. Please make sure the email address on file is up to date.

RENEWAL DEADLINE: You must log in to your Broadway account and pay your renewal invoice no later than 11:59 pm on Monday, April 19, 2024 to keep your seats.

*FLEXIBILITY: Exchange your Broadway In Boise tickets for another performance of the same show. Exchanges are available while supplies last and must be made no fewer than 48 hours prior to the earlier performance for weeknight performances and by 5pm Thursday for weekend performances. Exchanges may only be made by the owner of the tickets. Differences in ticket prices may require additional payment. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment for exchanges that incur a reduction in price. Some performances may not allow exchanges.

PRIORITY ACCESS: If available, Broadway Season Options are not included in any subscription package. Additional purchase is required and all seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase.

PRICING: Season subscription pricing reflects the face value of your tickets, applicable taxes, a $40 handling fee, and a total of $22.50 in parking/maintenance and facility fees.
